Wood Pellets WTF

Yeah this is the first year I have had a pellet stove there has been a shortage. I have gone through 4 and a half tons so far. The reason I go through so much is because my stove is in the basement. People prefer not to use electric and oil sources up here because they are so expensive to run. Even home depot and lowes are all out. Most companies have told me when they do happen to get pellets in they will only be selling 10 bags per customer per week and I am going through 1.5 bag per day right now.

No Pellet Houses near you? I order mine in bulk but also have a place 5 minutes away to get Maine Woods (if I need them).

do you have to reguarly feed the pettlets into the stove or is there some sort of automatic hopper?

There is automatic hoppers that you can buy but they are kind of expensive. I just put 40lb bags in mine can hold 2.5 40lbs bags at a time. The pain in the butt part though is carrying tons and tons of pellets into the basement
