X-metal Lens Screws

Felt I had to creat a new thread, the other is in the exchange section and may not be as relevant. Looking for an alternative source, likely from a non-Oakley specific source to lessen the cost. As we know the screws are not readily available and Ebay and Linegear capitalize on this.

Called Oakley Canada, get this they said they have them but will not ship them out as customers are not installing them properly and are holding Oakley accountable. However they will not service the Penny frame, so I cant send it in, but I cant get the screws because they dont ship them out. WTF

I am very surprised at the relatively low cost of Torx screws. I do not over tighten the scew with a very high quality WIHA PicoFinish 267 P screw driver to avoid damage of X-metal frame. The driver is manufactured in Germany and costs US$5 only.

Oakley USA doesnt have anything for x-metal anymore, calles for the orbit screws. Lucky me found a pair on my old lens box
