To answer OP's question. That looks like a small chain press, used to disassemble chains like those used on a bicycle. You'd just have to have, or make the correct size pin....it should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the rivet pin. The key is to press it out with straight, even pressure. There's probably a dozen different ways it could be done. A small arbor press should work as well, but you may need to build some type of caul to support the backside. You probably wouldn't want to use the flat arbor plates since it's not a flat surface.Similar threads
