I've read here somewhere that there are 2 types of the x metal soft vaults.

Your looking at them one on left is slightly longer and can fit X squared and one on the right will fit all other Xmetals except Romeo and X squared .. The metal vault with the x on it will fit Romeo

That's exactly what I was thinking. But, who listens to a beginner anyways?

Here they appear 2 skus but having side by side the vault which is included in the Xsquared box and the one 07-266 bought afterwards i can see no difference at all

if you look at pic on the left has awkward curve on both sides on the very back. Reg x vault doesn't have this, so can't fit x squared in them nicely at all. I own a few of all three.. Sorry not looking to sell thow.
