No, that's the 2.0

Very similar, but the 3.0 doesn't use rubber on the stems. You'd need to get them from SI, or one of the few distributors that sells SI at retail.

I'm wondering this as well.

Edit: The glasses provided by my work aren't stamped so that probably isn't a deal breaker so long as I have documentation saying they'll pass spec.

Do you have any issues with the frame digging into your head at the back of the stems? My biggest reason for switching from my work provided frames to something else is the way the tips pinch behind my ears, giving me a headache. I've got to wear them all 12hrs I'm at work so it is very frustrating.
