XMetal Ruby Penny

[Typhoon]

Just got these today from the Exchange section. A recently serviced 2nd gen pair (no serial, re-released after the XMen Movie).
Pictures compares my NIB 1st Gen (top) with the recent purchase (below). The Ruby colour is closer than I thought, first picture taken with flash and second without.

I bought the set primarily for the frame to create a X metal/ VR28 combo (my favourite 'stealth' combo for my xmetals). Just need to get someone to cut me a set for the Romeo and I will be sorted

Thanks guys. MrMoonlight, you read my mind. I have root beer ear socks siting here. That's the problem with NIB rare sets, all you can do is display them, to precious to wear to fittle with. Hence wanting to get another x metal Penny.
