I think it is the half jacket/flak jacket case. It looks like that case, since it has the small hollow area towards the back for the frame to fit in. The M-Frame and Radar cases don't have that. The split jacket/jawbone case is similar as well, but has a larger hollow area than the flak jacket.
Are the older lenses polarized? The polarized lenses are a different size and much tighter fit to get into the frame. If not, take both the new pair as well as the old lenses to your Ostore to see if they can get them in for you.
They started last year with some manufacturing outside of the US. Most of the metal frames are made in China as are several lifestyle ones. The sport performance styles like Flak Jacket are still made in the USA, and some women's styles are made in Italy. Hope this helps!
I had a guy come in to my store yesterday trying to get the lenses out. Said he had called Headquarters and they didn't have the lenses for the Inmate and sent him to a different dealer. I tried to get the lenses out, but they have no screw holding them in and no amount of serious pressure...
