Honestly, BMX Chrome had this problem. I'd send them in to Oakley and get them replaced, then RARELY wear them.

With the guy I was using, he'd let you choose a matte or polished finish which was really cool as well.

It's worth it. Send in something with big ear steams. Gascan, Oil Rig, etc. From the several pairs I've seen done, theu turn out the best. Monster dogs turn out pretty cool too.
