You got it. I have a line on a new frame and you would be more than welcome to borrow my broken frames for a while. I am assuming you have some sort of 3D printer or the likes?
If I get a replacement frame they are all yours. Heck you are close enough to me I could drop them off some weekend (assuming your location is accurate).
I recently broke my pair of Half X's and am looking for either a replacement hinge or a complete frame. I'm not too picky on color. I currently have Plasma and enjoy them. Since I have a large selection of lenses I would like to stick with the Half X's or if you are selling the frame I would...
I agree! I am going to call Oakley Customer Care this morning and see what I can have them do. **UPDATE** They are completely out of any and all X Metal repair parts. The only thing they have left are lenses and those are going fast. So I guess its either a donor pair or new frames.
So I was playing with my Half X temple while I was waiting for a reservation and ended up pulling the entire arm off. It appears that the rectangular piece has a smaller circle piece that is at the end of it that the hex screw tightens to and that snapped off. Any idea how I can get it fixed?
After using the VR28 for the weekend I can say that I love them! I went for a run with them on Friday in medium light and they were great, had an overcast weekend and the lenses performed awesome. I'm glad I got them, I get the Dark Bronze today and will give them a test drive.
Alright on your recommendations I purchased for my Half X Dark Bronze Polarized VR28 Black Iridium I'm looking forward to getting them and trying them out. Swapping the lenses in the Half X's is super easy, a lot more so than I would have thought.
I currently have a pair of Half-X with the Ice Iridium Polarized lenses (plasma frame). I also have a pair of prescription X Squared's that have Fire Iridium lenses (polished frame). I am considering getting the following lenses: HALF X Replacement Lenses - Gold Iridium (16-881) HALF X...
Not really, I wear prescription glasses so I am use to having weight in that area and the Half-X's really aren't that heavy. Besides the fit is so great that I would take the extra weight then have to constantly push them up.
