Anyone else think Romeo Van Frogenstein scooped all of these up? Cause I do. 800 pairs (and counting) seems to be deep pockets to me. And seeing as they would be BNIB, all paperwork, etc, etc, they would seem to fit the bill. Anyway I would lay even money on it. And I so wish I had the $$ to go...

A couple things. First off those look to be screw-mounted lenses, which from what I know about prescription glasses (The SO used to work as a lens crafters technician back in college) are not easy to replace yourself. so even if you can get new lenses cut, physically replacing them yourself...
