Almost nobody paid MSRP on Oakley watches. Most people got friends and family discounts 30% and some got as much as 50%. So 1000$ is a good starting price. Given the the polished blue is a limited release. ( 250? Or something) a brand new can fetch
1300$ pushing it to limits.
