12 Gauge Issues

My 12 Gauge stopped working completely after my attempt to adjust the red Second Hand.
The red hand stopped 2 second early bevor 12 so I tried to adjust it.
I thought I followed the Instructions.
Possibly not.
No matter which button I press or how long the clock no longer moves.
Any Suggestions?

Battery new?

I don't know how old the Batterie is.
Bought it last week and It worked when it arrived.
I will try to ask the seller.

Did you try clicking both chrono buttons? Other then that battery is first thing to check.

Try to pull the crown out (hand setting position)

Press both chrono buttons together and it should spin the red seconds hand around. If not, most probably the battery is dead.

Yes I clicked and held all the Buttons or both at the same time.
