Did you try inquiring about some other crap she is selling, maybe she turned off notifications for just that 1 listing...

Otherwise just find her house and ding dong ditch, then when she comes outside to check quickly run inside and lock her out then go get the cases... but before you leave grab a glass of water and bring it out to owner, its least you can do after locking them out and taking what's yours
