I believe for anyone who likes to shop online or may be too far from any O store/Vault the Friends and Family 30% discount can be applied to a one time purchase online during that time period also.
To be able to do that Oakley will have had to email you a "one time" code to apply during your checkout process.

@reggavegga I went to it today. My girlfriend was wearing her Shaun white Jupiters and when she walked in they gave her all kinds of compliments, one guy was like woah those are cool, and even borrowed them from her to show the other employees.
