2017 MLB Season

What do you mean ??

You mean the best team in baseball sitting at 50-24 ?? The team that just got a 4-game sweep on the road !?!?

You mean this team ?? The team with the most road wins in the league !?!?

Yep, they're doing just fine ;)

Only one series that really counts, time will tell.

I see the Red Sox have shopped the waiver wire; they pick up Doug Fister and Jhonny Peralta. Fister was waived when he declined his minor league deal with the Halos; he'll start on Sunday. The Cards said bye bye to Peralta.

Big Papi's number was retired tonight... the halo effect is huge because the Angels are losing.

Cubs ate the Marlins yesterday and were shut out today.

The Orioles have played 20 straight games where the opponent has scored at least 5... they lost 5-3 to Cleveland last night and lose to the Rays 15-5

LMAO. Asdrubal Cabrera gets moved from shortstop to 2B and wants out from the Mets. Asdrubal Cabrera asks for trade from Mets

Mark Buehrle will have his White Sox number retired

The Dodgers became the first team to reach 50 wins in the National League; they win their 10th in a row today.

8-2 scores: Mets sweep the Giants, Blue Jays beat the Royals, and Astros beat the Mariners

Braves were shut out by the Brewers; despite this, the Braves won 5 of the last 6 series this month (they split a 4 game series with the Mets). Poor Teheran, he got knocked around... and Bartolo looms large. May he remain on the DL.

Yankees, Red Sox, and Nats all lose.

After going 20 consecutive games where an opponent scored 5 or more runs, the Os stopped the streak yesterday and win the series from the Rays today.

D-Backs, Tigers, A's, Reds, and the Marlins win their games.

Twins sweep the the Indians.

Corey Knebel: 38 consecutive relief appearances with at least 1 strikeout. http://www.jsonline.com/story/sports/mlb/brewers/2017/06/22/brewnot-23/418027001/

Mets promote Tim Tebow to Class A St. Lucie

Yesterday: 8 games, including an interleague LA matchup (which the Halos won).

Arizona takes 3 of 4 from the Phillies

The Reds lose a make up game against the Cards

The Red Sox and the Yankees beat their AL Central opponents (Twins and White Sox, respectively)

Cubs survive a 4 run 9th inning by the Nats and win.

The Rockies lose 6 in a row... the NL West is brutal (AZ and the Dodgers are also vying for the crown)

Indians beat the Rangers 15-9... the Tribe scored 13 unanswered runs. OUCH.

After the Nats ran wild on the Cubs last night, Miguel Montero went on a publicized rant. He is no longer a Cub. Cubs designate Miguel Montero for assignment

Braves stymied the Padres last night, 3-0. Braves have actually won 9 straight over the Padres.

Let the trade season fire sales heat up. The Fish sent SS Adeiny across the state to the Rays... Red Sox and Yankees are ready to see what else is available in Miami.

Puig successfully appealed a 1 game suspension (he made an obscene gesture against a Cleveland Indians fan). However, he will have to make a charitable donation.

Well, the Angels were Kershawed. Kershaw had 12 strikeouts. Dodgers have hit a franchise record 50 homers as of 6/29. There was almost a fight, but nothing happened.

Corey Kluber dominated the Rangers with 12 strikeouts. Kluber has 52 for the month... 4 straight games of 10+ Ks. The Indians have owned the Rangers this season.

Braves were shut out by some rookie Padres pitcher.

Yankees lose and Boston wins.

The Cubs split the Nats series thanks the shoddy DC bullpen.

The Os shut out the Blue Jays...

Both Florida teams lose; Rays were shut out and the Marlins were doubled up by the Mets.

Cardinals, Tigers, and Brewers all win.

There has been almost 1100 home runs hit this month... WOW.

Trea Turner's wrist is broken due to a HBP. OUCH

Dustin Fowler ruptured a tendon running full speed, in his rookie game, into a wall.

Mike Foltynewicz had a no hitter going into the 9th inning... And it was broken up by a home run by Matt Olson. Braves still beat the As 3-1.

Brett Gardner hits a grand slam and the Yankees slammed the Astros 13-4

The Rockies end their 8 game losing game with a win against the Diamondbacks.

Boston beats Toronto in 11 innings.

Cubs and Angels were both shut out.
