If you are near me I would just bring the door to the glass shop for you to get cut to spec.
I know some of the door hinge parts come with plastic ones that match the paint. Imagine the chrome or nickel whatever they are probably do if you order a replacement pair. I know my black ones did.I'm missing a bushing that goes into the case where the door mounts. I believe I have a 3.1, is is a double wide. Anyone know where you can get them? Local hardware store didn't have.

Yes they were for me as well. You can either sand them down or you can expand the hole. I opted to expand the hole a touch to make them fit. Cobalt drill bit since it was metal to be drilled out.The hinge hardware I bought from Lowes had the black bushings ( which seem to be plastic ) and are a touch bigger than the holes in the case.
