You mean the wbc id say 800 to 900 on a very good day its not that unique but only because i think 1000 were only produced..

I wanted to get wbc myself but as we know it that would be difficult especially here at the forum.

Wbc is hard to get but the carbon/blue is a hell to get mint and complete
Many think the polished carbon and wbc are the hardest one to get

owe I see that was my last hunt cause I hated the carbon frames. if it was not an ichiro I wont even consider it.
