A brief history of mensma's collection

May 2022 definitely was an expensive month, but also sold a lot:

• Xeus Gold
• Kato Low light
• Kato Tour de France

Finally a big catch in the collection with the Xeus.

June 2022, another great month.

• Finally OTT for a normal price. That one is just the coolest Oakley ever made.

• Mumbo M Frame splatter yellow green with two new lensen for €75, love those finds
• Pink Razorblade (for free)

At this moment I was beginning to think where do I get enough resources for the coming months, so again got more selective and sold some stuff

July 2022, was nice, but looking at the previous month I had to slow down:

• Leffingwell Arctic Surf and DWP (sold both, on the long run they didn't stay put in my nose)

In August I did a nice trade with a fellow Oakley enthousiast. I got rid of my Muzm series Pro m Frame and Mumbo and got some displays and glasses back.

Also had a bad experience with people on online marketplaces who say perfect condition and then the Flak 2.0 XL Green Fade is damaged when it arrives.

On my birthday I had an awesome Oakley day to the Designer Outlet Oakley shop and another bikeshop who gave away a lot of Oakley goodies, nice surpise!

September wasn't insanely expensive, a lot of second hand stuff in great shape.:

What did make this month special was my first X Metal, 1st gen Juliet Plasma with Ice Iridium and two extra lenses (Gold and Fire) for €175. Not a huge fan, but for this price it looks great in de case and I must say it is much nicer in person than on pictures, I like it much more than expected:

October was full of surprises.

1. I thought I bought a new M frame for € 25, but it was a second gen,
2. I was at a shop and asked if I could buy a case and they said okay,
3. the Kaast Spacedust is just awesome,
4. I bought my very first Oakley again which I regretted selling, just not with the same lens unfortunately.

November was a pretty boring month, although I loved the bundle deal I got for €75

December was a good month, some nice deals:

• 16 3 tier stands for a great price, I love these and hate the new ones
• Metal box
• Pedestal

And visited the new Oakley store in Amsterdam. Was okay, but didn't even buy anything.

January 2023, one year after the Oakley virus was back was a great month. The guys at the local shop offered me a new double wide, but I already had that one. I knew they had a Spine Case and that one was on top of my list. So I asked if I could have that one and they said yes! Proud owner of a Spine Case now. Needed a new one, because all those display stands take a lot of space inside the cases/cabinets.

What's new:
