If you put the decal on yourself and cover shipping to and back I haven't been charging anything. If you supply the decal and I have to put the decal on its $5.

We don't use any decals and only cover the shipping once we paint the cups. You do them for free?

Cool. So the part of a custom with the polished look is the original finish, and the blasted look would be where the decal was? How'd you do the ones where the image was blasted and the rest of the tumbler the original polished look?

It just depends on the decal If the image is cut out of the larger sheet than the image is unmasked and that gets blasted while the rest of the cup is masked off.
