Yeah, Fuze did that to me too, but were fantastic and fast replacing the initial order.
OEM Squares are tough to find, but someone here may have a stash.
If not, you could consider custom cuts from OEM stock, say from forum member @Chris A Hardaway.

While it might not be cheap, the older frames have a standard v-bevel rim wire that nearly all eyewear labs could cut a 0 prescription (plano) for.

All taken care of. Had to send in my frames and they will cut to correct size. I even exchanges out a second pair of lenses for another. Didn't like the color of the ones I originally got.
