Another Ebay Nightmare

Sell an item clearly described as damaged, dumbass doesnt read description and wants a refund, i refuse and get negative feedback (first ever in 506 transactions) because of his illiteracy!

I clearly detail damage in description and even provide a pic of the damage but to no avail.....buyers win again!
