Does the arm look to be out of alinement with the orbits or is it just the camera angle?

What frame is it as it looks a little shiney (doesn't look matt black or it could be the camera angle again)?

Matt black is the only one with that colour icon?

The ear stem does look misaligned. As for the finish, I believe it's just the flash from the camera.

I would ask for more pictures but overall I'd be skeptical of buying from someone that doesn't know what they're talking about.

I thought the same thing, but thought that that might be within the range that could be dismissed by the way he is holding them (torquing them slightly). I doubt I will even bother him for more pictures, they just caught my attention being metal frames.
