Any info on this Juliet(?) Pin from Japan?

Picked this up from a seemingly reputable Japanese Oakley seller on the bay. They had alot of Oakley promotional items as well as frames. Kinda looks like a Juliet. Anyone have any info on this pin?

Just did some searching on OR but didn't see it. I've been collecting pins for a while and haven't see this one before. I asked the seller, will see if he can give any info. In the meantime if anyone else has info feel free to share. Thanks!
