well, Liquor is regulated in Idaho, you can only buy it from the state. Furthermore, the state gets the same allocation as any other place but because of the lack of population density, the demand is not as great in other places. Lastly, since it is a regulated market it makes searching for specific things VERY easy as you can look up what specific stores have. The last piece of the puzzle is finding someone who lives in a less populated state.
