Anyone change to contacts just so they can wear Oakley's?

nope. cant stand contacts so i end up buying rx lenses for my oakley sunglasses. yes. very costly.

I did that for a pair of E-Wires but there was no way to presrerve the 8.75 curvature. In fact, mine almost looked flat so I never did that again. I used to just suck it up and wear my Oakleys (Juliet 1st gen) without corrective vision and put my glasses back on indoors.

Weird. My flak jacket and split jacket have 8.75 base curve and it is the same shape as the non rx lenses.

Its probably my half blind eyesight! Im into the 5.75 zone...
