Found these in a box of junk. Has nice screw stems so I figured they weren't just a toy.
They are WW1 era pilot/motorcycle goggles. Sometimes called Wilson goggles.
Due these look authentic? Do you know a value?
A little above my pay grade for authenticity, but the metal finish does look aged appropriate for something in that time frame. WW1 era stuff is a toss up, collectors just like on this forum are plentiful in the right circles. Might have to try ebay for pricing and perhaps a local museum to see if they are original.
I thought they were the glasses one minion in despicable me is wearing! but hey they may cost something bro! try also in your local antique shop!
WOW! Those gotta have some kind of value but I doubt it would be pretty high. Just gotta find the right person with the right knowledge about that kind of stuff. Hopefully you get an honest person who will give you true value.
Yes questioned answered. Willson pilot googles from WW 1
worth anything? Or just have that "cool" value to them?
I bet those things have worth something value man! Looks like it's time to get on Antiques Road Show!
