Google had a fantastic Doodle yesterday, in honor of Douglas Adams' birthday. Gone far too soon. I started reading hitchhiker's guide again since it has been over a decade since I last read it. Adams had the most intelligent and witty sense of humour, in much the same way that the Monty Python lads went about their comedy. Gotta love British humour.

I actually read the book years ago and it still pops into my mind all the time...I saw the doodle on Google and thought it was pretty ingenious. His writing, and moreover the concepts were just amazing..though I will admit, there were certain parts of the book(s) that dragggggggggged on a bit
