Oh yeah BTW, though Ruby certainly is a classic combo, it's a bit overdone IMO; you could put them in and they'd just be yet one more pair of great-looking x-metal / ruby, if that's what you want. But putting in a less common color stands out from the pack better. And I believe standing out from the pack is one of the reasons to go with Oakley in the first place...

you can't over do a classic. that's why it's a classic. but that's just me

I'm with Kronin, I don't think changing the rubber always comes off - I'd stick with black rubber and swap lenses alone.

rubber is typically easy when you've decided on a lens color. you can either match it or stay safe with black or white. although you can always go totally crazy with some combinations others can only dream of if you want.
