Anyone thats been watching XMM cut has periscope. There are a number of people with live scopes in Paris right now covering the shootings and bombings. Much better coverage than the news.

Not this app but that dude live streamed his shootings of the TV reporter and her guest awhile back. It's just another facet of technology and the age we live in. Hence the rise in copy cat murders and violence, if they don't broadcast themselves the media will do it for them...over and over and over.
