Yes, if it weren't for the icon, you can't tell the diff... the material and workmanship down to the zipper tag is identical to OEM

There are actually other ways but yes it is not obvious. The O icon is heavily used as fake (bags, case, etc) but another thing to look at is the zipper, yes it will have the plastic with logo on the pull tab but if you look closely, sometimes it is bigger compared to the originals and the color of the pull tab and slider is different (mostly poorly painted black or stainless steel like colored). When looking closely at the inside, poor workmanship will be evident.
