Badman Lens Swap

OK so I'm trying to do a lens swap with my badman and I hit a snag. As you can see in the photos I can't understand how to get the lens out without breaking the frame. Anyone have experience doing this or one offer up some suggestions I'm open to hearing them. Thanks a lot .

Just tug on the metal gently...it's flexible and won't bend...you only need a few mm to pop em out. Same as a Juliet really. Don't be afraid lol just don't "use the force" luke...

Well glad I finally got this done... Thanks for the insight Dr. Chop and thanks to all the previous guys who did the fire iridium swap before me.
