I have had this happen twice... If you haven't already you can file a paypal thing. All you have to do is file a police report (usually takes 5 mins online) and then they will reimburse you for the sale. It won't effect the seller ether because as far as paypal and ebay are concerned the item shipped and is no longer the sellers responsibility.

Thanks for the info. This is definitely good to know. I just wanted to make sure PayPal wouldn't go after the seller if I filed a claim.

I already filed a report with the USPS Postal Inspector's office, but I guess I should do a police report too. Even if I get the money back, I'm still mad that the shades and lenses are gone =(
