I thought they had a ceramic core inside that was coated titanium outside and if they bent to much they would crack the ceramic inside. Not entirely sure if thats how they are made tho.

No, they are cast titanium. Solid metal.

I actually remember reading that somewhere as well. Oh. It's on Oakleys video of xmetals I think. He says something about ceramic core.

Have you been in touch with Oakley? They might be able to send you a pair of warranty orbitals

They were custom polished when I got them and the polish was hiding it. So I had not tried because of the polish.... but might be worth a try I guess.

I actually alao have a pair that is broken at the flex coupler. The little eyelet is broken off.
