Best lenses to find to cut for Probation?

Anyone possibly know what's the best lens to cut for a Probation? Been trying to find OEM lenses for them, but no such luck. So I'm thinking my second best option would be to find some lenses to be cut for the Probation itself. Any advice would be helpful.

The table doesn't list the Probation curvature, but I'm gonna ask there too.
