Best Method For Removing Paint And Primer?

I need to strip primer and base coat off a pair of glasses, On the last pair i used brake fluid, while it eventually worked it took god knows how long and alot of re-soaks in fresh fluid. Any suggestions for an alternative method would be great.

PS Sandblasting is out of the question.

Check out the topic I just created on removing Hydrodip (which included paint and primer). It'll work.
