My intent is to ask the seller to refund to me the amount that it will cost me to send it to Oakley to have it buffed. Now I just need to figure out the cost...

I don't think Oakley will buff that out for you. I could be wrong.

I also think your best bet is to bring it to a Jeweler who you trust to buff it out. I also won't take too long to do and you most likely can watch them do it too.

You can use some very fine steel wool and buff out any scuff or scratches on your TB2 all by yourself.

A steel wool works fine on the TBI, but on the TBII, it's better to give the job to a Jeweler or to the Oakley HQ .
