unfortunately I am also a victim of subysti2007..... that makes 3 casualties.
Bidded for his mag switch listing on eBay in 2012. He had 2 more mags listed, and seeing that he had good feedback, I proposed to do a bundle deal off ebay for the trio.... yeah i know... big mistake.
I made it very clear that i wanted express with tracking and i will pay for it.... but he "forgot" and sent first class without tracking. Of course i never received them. He refunded the money for the ebay listing but kept the money for the other 2 mag.
his ebay feedbacks indicated USD$2887 worth of items sold the month before, he has cash but simply refuse to refund, claims his mum was in hospital.
... the douche bag totally tainted my memories of magnesiums ...
