Black Iridium Vs. Slate Iridium

Thanks so much for the pics guys. Any more would be much appreciated. I'm thinking of a custom Fuel Cell with custom earstems, but still can't decide. I have an extra set of black iridium lenses so I'm leaning toward slate iridium since I dont have any. If I don't like them, I can always use my extra set of black iridium.

See my thread with the poll about which Fuel Cell to get...

The Slate Iridium looks more like mirror. That's why I picked it for my JW Dispatch. It matches the chrome sliders better than the Black Iridium did. Black Iridium looks more like gunmetal or Black Chrome to me. The Slate is a great lens for overcast days though

Both are non-polarized correct?

I would assume they both are non-polarized. I don’t think slate ever came in a polarized version.

Slate was a great lens that got lost when Oakley went to prizm. I miss slate, VR28 lenses (black, polarized, etc.), and persimmon.
