Buying Black Single Wide Shelves

Hello O-bros! I'm in trouble.... I just moved from Michigan to Missouri and the glass shelves to one of my 3.0 black towers are missing in action.... I can't find the box, and I seriously doubt the movers will find it at the warehouse. I need 4 of those single wide glass shelves or ideas to replace them. This is seriously bumming me out...

EDIT: Shelves found packed in an unlabeled box, packed completely incorrectly! They made it, thank goodness! Locking this thread

I had 1/4" tempered glass cut for mine for $20 per shelf. I just didn't include the little notched front part.

Dyeraudio mentioned this as well. If I can't find original I will most definitely do this! Anybody have the measurements handy?
