Blade and GMT watches. How to make the "hand" looks brighter?

Hy mates. I have these two watches and noticed that after expose them in sun light, the "hand" or "pointers" idk how to call it correctly, looks super bright and green. But after some time they loose that color and looks even lower in color.
Do you guys know how to do to make them look bright permanently?

They have Fluorescent hands which absorbs light so they can glow in the dark.
You can't make them glow all the time

Yep, thats my point. They just bright on sunlight or minutes after exposed to light .
I want to know , if there is a way to prolong this bright after expose to some Light.
In the dark, they just disapear.

They glow in the dark. Carry a flashlight

Actually heat conducts the brightness. So if you take and rub the glass for an extended time they will start to glow again... sometimes I use steel wool to get some good friction going... Good luck!

If you are comfortable taking them apart, you can buy glow in the dark paint and redo the hands. The paint can be found on Amazon.
