I had the Same problem. Now I add few ounces as soon as I open a bottle.

I liked the Eagle Rare. About halfway through a bottle of that. Blanton’s is definitely my favorite so far though.

I can only find Blanton for about 140$ in a shyster store. No luck with my regular places. My brother was able to find some though, I do like it quite a bit.

I was able to get 2 bottles on a cruise. Used to have a local hookup but that’s gone unfortunately.

Here are the bottles currently “on the shelf”. I also have a few bottles of 20 year old JD from my wedding. I have to say that the Blantons and EH Taylor are my go to’s when I can find them. I’ve been nursing that last bottle of Blantons because I can’t find any more in my area and I have not seen a bottle of EH Taylor in about 18 months.
