Any seen one of these before?

I am assuming it is for brochures but was not sure.

The top lip is rolled over so looks like it hangs over something.

Hung on the side of the metal cases.

I have one. It is hung on from the top on the side of my metal single wide case. I was looking to display an ad book if I ever purchased one.
