The Saint I should Work at Oakley 750 1,123 2/10/18 #8 Did a search before posting but couldn't find anything. Is it as simple as swapping the entire ear stem for one with a good hinge? Thanks.

delarscuevas I should Work at Oakley 948 1,573 Netherlands 2/10/18 #9 Exactly. The hinges consist of a small spring and a small hollow plastic part. Those break. Left and rifght are identical, so yes, fit a New one and you're good to go. As long as the New part will last, anyway.
