Changing Arms Plank 2.0

my Plank 2.0 has lost the color on the arms. I now have new arms, but:

how do I get the old arms off? it's just a pin that's pushed in, not a screw

not familiar with the frame, but could be a friction fit like a flak 2.0 where you just twist them out past the open positiion
