Changing icons & earsocks on Turbine

Has anyone done it yet? Do icons pop out or is there a clip?

Icons pop out like the Dispatch2's with like a pen, the earsocks you gotta use a large flat head to pop out the plastic piece where the icons at and the rest should be easy to pull off
