It was a pair that was given to the participants at one of the Disruptive by Design events back in 2015 (if I'm not mistaken)

That etching is correct. Any other info that anyone has on this pair would be greatly appreciated - like how many were issued. I am not flipping them. These will stay in my collection but its cool to learn more about them
