I've been in there a couple of times. It's a motorcycle / go-cart shop. He's been running this sale for about 2 years now. It's half-off full retail, mostly lifestyle frames, so you can actully get better prices on the vault or even from oakley direct. I was really excited when I first saw this but it's just a gimmic to get people in the store.

On a positive note I did get bunch of Chrismas presents while I was there last time so he also gave me a bulk discount and a few stickers.
