Cleaning stripped frames

So this pair is pretty bad. What do you guys use to clean the crud? Rubbing alcohol? I have plenty of that to keep my dab rig clean.

Well this was a total fail. The hinges got me the second spring thing one flew off. I'll never find it. Don't suppose anyone and and extra spring and metal part?

Idk, the pins were pretty messed up to begin with. Or I didn't do it right. Don't really care. Would of totally been happy with that pin

I didn't even notice it. My eyes must not zoom as well as a picture. Probably why I will never find this spring mechanism. Oh well **** happens. I'm gonna get baked.

Some guy on YouTube used Sensidyne toothpaste. And Old Spice deodorant to install new nose bridge gaskets..
