I believe they are a pot metal type of coin. So it would just wear down the surface instead of polishing up.

I'm nearing 30 but still havent figured out how to wisely control my finances. Love the bike though. It cleared the 75 foot triple at Motoland in third about half throttle. My old YZ 2 stroke used to do it in 4th pinned.
