Coin Question

Talking about coins, I know XMetals have old and new versions (old are the flat ones with years on them, new are the smaller size cooler design) , but I'm not sure which ones have both. Please correct me if I'm mistaken
Juliet: both
Penny: old only
Romeo: old ony
Xx: both
Mars: old only
Romeo 2: both
Half X: both
X Squared: new only

Not sure if this topic belong here but since I have limited knowledge
on these metal coins, thought I post this here....

Anyone know the history of this particular coin? It was given to
me as a gift. I am not an oakley coin collector

Btw that is the 5 core coin which represents Oakley's Core values: Passion, Authenticity, Performance, Humility and Innovation
They were given out in 2012, but I'm not entierly sure if it was for everyone or employees only
